WHY PURCHASE ART FROM ART TO ART GALLERY?
– Established in Bangkok since 2005, we are a professional, reliable and trustworthy art gallery.
– We offer an interesting and diverse selection of original artworks from Thailand and South-East Asia for all budgets, styles and spaces.
ORIGINAL WORKS OF ART OR REPRODUCTIONS?
– We sell original works of art only.
– No reproductions, no prints, our Paintings are exclusively original manually painted works and include the original artist’s signature on each work.
– Our sculptures are in limited editions, signed and usually numbered by our artists.
– For each work of art purchased, we provide a Certificate of Authenticity with a photograph and a detailed description of the work.
ARE OUR PAINTINGS FRAMED?
– The paintings presented are not framed, but their canvas is mounted, that is to say stretched on and wrapped around a wooden frame otherwise known as stretcher-bars, always ready to hang as is.
WHERE TO SEE THE ARTWORKS PRESENTED ON OUR WEBSITE?
– Most of the works presented on our website are exhibited in our Bangkok gallery located in the Chatuchak Market district…
– We are open every day except Mondays from 11 am to 6 pm.
– If the work is in our storage, by prior appointment we can organize viewing in our gallery.

– We do not display prices on our website.

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT?
– In our gallery in Bangkok: we accept VISA & MASTER Credit Cards, as well as direct local bank deposit or local bank transfer such as PROMPTPAY.
– Outside of our gallery, within Thailand: we cannot accept any credit cards, we can only accept direct local bank deposit or local bank transfer such as PROMPTPAY.
– When ordering from abroad: we cannot accept any credit cards, we can only accept payment by SWIFT bank wire transfers.
IS PAYMENT AT RECEPTION POSSIBLE?
– No, sorry: full payment is required prior to delivery or shipment.
HOW DO WE HANDLE DELIVERY & SHIPPING IF REQUIRED?
– Bangkok & Pattaya: we deliver with our in-house delivery team at no additional cost.
– To all other areas in Thailand, including outer islands such as Phuket and Koh Samui: we use the most reliable door-to-door local delivery companies.
– Worldwide: we provide Door-to-Door delivery by DHL or FedEx Air courier.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER & SHIP?
– After receiving full payment: we will pack and release your shipment within 24 hours.
– Delivery within Bangkok: delivery can usually be on the same day of purchase.
– Delivery within Thailand: delivery usually within about 48 hours.
– Delivery worldwide: depending on the final destination, air courier companies usually deliver within a maximum of 2 weeks. On shipment release, we email you a copy of your air waybill so you can track your shipment status throughout its route.
HOW TO GET A QUOTE FOR DELIVERY OR SHIPPING?
– Please provide the SKU number of the selected artwork.
– Please confirm the full destination address including the postal zip code.
FOR DELIVERY & SHIPPING, WHO DOES THE PACKING?
– As we know best, we handle the packing of each artwork with the utmost care and exclusively with our in-house professional packing team.
HOW IS EACH PAINTING PACKED FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
– We offer 2 options:
– Option # 1 You wish to receive the painting “as is”, that is to say with canvas stretched on a wooden frame and wire installed at the back, ready to hang on the wall upon receipt:
we ship in wooden box.
– Option # 2 For lower shipping costs, or when the painting is oversized: the canvas is removed from its wooden frame, rolled up and inserted into a sturdy dent-resistant and waterproof PVC tube.
HOW IS EACH SCULPTURE PACKED FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
– We offer 2 options:
– Option # 1: you wish to receive the painting “as is”, that is to say with canvas stretched on and wrapped around a wooden frame with wire installed at the back, ready to hang on the wall upon receipt: we ship flat in a wooden box.
– Option # 2: for lower shipping costs, or when the painting is very large, oversized: the canvas is removed from its wooden frame, rolled up and inserted into a sturdy dent-resistant and waterproof PVC tube.
WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
– We can insure all works of art “All Risks including breakage” with a reputable Insurance Company.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE UPON ARRIVAL?
– When shipping Door-to-Door overseas, and for a smooth customs clearance upon arrival, with each shipment we prepare and join all appropriate and required shipping documents.
– Customs clearance upon arrival is done by the air courier company at no additional cost.
– Customs duties (actually, many countries exempt original artworks from duties), Value Added Tax (VAT), or Goods & Sales Tax (GST), may apply and vary from country to country. As all such import charges are completely beyond our control, the buyer is fully responsible for paying them upon arrival.
